SHIPPING POLICY

Since each baby keepsakes order is custom made, all items are shipped out

after a minimum 5 day processing time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may require extra processing times.

Orders are shipped USPS Priority mail and will usually arrive in 2-3 business days.

At this time shipping is to the U.S only.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All orders are final and there are no refunds or exchanges because every order is custom made. However, customer service is our number one priority, so please contact us if you have any problems.
